The Biggest Loser Challenge will start on February 1, 2013 and go until Mothers Day (That is when they normally have the Biggest Loser Finally). It will consist of two Teams the Read Team and the Blue Team. If you are interested please post the team color that you would like to be on.
Each Team will have it's own check-in link and the team leaders will give you challenges to help you reach your goal. They could be things like Run/walk/elliptical the distance of a 5K and post your time. It could be do steps as long as you can to see who lasted the longest, etc. All of the challenges will be directed at helping you lose without the final workout to help you drop the pounds like they have on the show.
Each Friday we will post our starting weight, our weight from the previous week, how many pounds lost this week and % lost for the week.
The weekly winner for largest % lost will get a goodie cruise, goodie vacation, goodie Diamond, etc.
Registration begins now! Please pick a team color and talk amongst yourselves to help each other succeed and come up with a game plan.
If you do not like the challenges or are unable to participate in a particular challenge due to injury or health concern please talk to your team leader to come up with an alternate challenge.
