So I thought for those who check this link I would pose a question to all of the biggest Loser participants. Throughout your weight loss journey what is a healthy food that you have tried and decided that even if you where not losing weight you would eat?
Mine would be caprese salad! I started eatting them last year and I have to have at least one a week. They are low calories and awesome though I make my own now and I add cucumbers with my tomatos and mozzerella and put it on a bed of spinach. Lunch is around 320 calories and sooo good.
Only two days until weigh in!
I think for humilitation purposes I will done my sports bra and biking shorts. ha ha! That way I will feel like a real Biggest Loser Participant!
I apologize for my typo instead of Red team I typed READ team. That is what I get for typing faster than I think. HA HA! So now the teams are Blue team and Read team. Which is okay since I am also a book worm. ha ha! Sadly I did not pick up the typo until today and it has been posted for two days. I promise to do better!
As of right now we have a total of 7 challengers signed up. It would be nice to have 16 to 20 like on Biggest Loser so we can crown a biggest loster at the end.
We have 4 on Blue Team and 3 of Read team. I am trying to keep the numbers even and so far so good. I can't wait to get started losing. However I am not waiting I am still working out like crazy now. I will never ask someone to do a challenge I am not willing to do myself or know I can do it on my Mommy schedule.
The Biggest Loser Challenge will start on February 1, 2013 and go until Mothers Day (That is when they normally have the Biggest Loser Finally). It will consist of two Teams the Read Team and the Blue Team. If you are interested please post the team color that you would like to be on.
Each Team will have it's own check-in link and the team leaders will give you challenges to help you reach your goal. They could be things like Run/walk/elliptical the distance of a 5K and post your time. It could be do steps as long as you can to see who lasted the longest, etc. All of the challenges will be directed at helping you lose without the final workout to help you drop the pounds like they have on the show.
Each Friday we will post our starting weight, our weight from the previous week, how many pounds lost this week and % lost for the week.
The weekly winner for largest % lost will get a goodie cruise, goodie vacation, goodie Diamond, etc.
Registration begins now! Please pick a team color and talk amongst yourselves to help each other succeed and come up with a game plan.
If you do not like the challenges or are unable to participate in a particular challenge due to injury or health concern please talk to your team leader to come up with an alternate challenge.
