I think since we are all trying to start a new and healthy lifestyle it is important to set a good example for our children so I thought it would be fun to include your child in our workout twice a week. It could be walking them in the stroller around the mall or wii dancing with them. Taking them to the gym with you or the pool.
List anytime you include your children in your workout and how long.
