Daughter did a 15 minutes pilates video with me. OMG it was so funny. She keep yelling (being funny) leg cramp. I told her pilates is my least favorite of all the videos so she was having fun with it while 1/2 way working out. ha ha
So when I got off work it was COLD and I am a cold weather whimp. Needless to say I did wii dance last night instead. Sadly my daughter did not join me. I am going to check with Parks and Rec and see if the pool is open tonight. I may take my kids tonight for something different on a Friday night.
Tonight homework and weather permitting I think we will take the dogs for a walk. It is a little warmer today so we won't freeze and we need to retrain the dogs on how to behave on a leash. It should be interesting. One of them is not so smart anyway. haha But he is cute!
I think since we are all trying to start a new and healthy lifestyle it is important to set a good example for our children so I thought it would be fun to include your child in our workout twice a week. It could be walking them in the stroller around the mall or wii dancing with them. Taking them to the gym with you or the pool.
List anytime you include your children in your workout and how long.
