Lost one pound this week. Normally I would be bummed over just one pound but after yesterday the scale saying I gained I will take the one pound loss and smile. Only 8.5 pounds left to go. Hopefully my weight loss will pick up. I have already burned over 2000 calories since Sunday so I should be seeing some crazy losses soon.
Sadly week one I only lost 1/2 a pound. I will not complain though because yesterday it said I gained. Within one week I went from zero to 30 minutes of cardio 15 minutes of circuit training and a toning video a day. I think my muscles are in shock. ha ha! Hopefully I will see results next week.
I guess my official weight in day will now be on Tuesdays. So far so good this week. I worked out for over 1 hours yesterday and so far for 54 minutes today. I am planning on dowing 15 minutes of circuit training tonight. I am trying to rotate last night I did upper body weights for 15. Tonight I am going to work on core for 15. My hardest area!
Glad you are back. 2012 was a rough year for me. I am so glad my husband is retiring this year. I doint think I have many more deployments in me. ha ha The stress of the constant deployments made me just curl up into a book and read. I think I read almost 80 books last year because that was my escape from real life. Now I am going to try and juggle better this year and stay on track.
I'm not sure of my weight today - I topped out last year at 226 and managed to get myself down to the 190's...got sick and I've been gaining. So my mini goal (I'll have to get a new battery for my scale today) will be to lose 8 lbs from where I am now. I'll post my weight tomorrow.
