This months challenge is a family friendly challenge. I would like each person to log in each week of April three family friendly (get your body moving) things (each week) they have done with their kids or family. It can be taking walks at night, going to amuzement parks, taking the kids to the park to play, biking, etc. The goal is to help instill a healthy lifestyle in your children while at the same time work on yourself.
