3 month challenge was to be down to 175 by June 1, however I am at 187. I have 31 days to complete it and I am not sure I can do 12 pounds by then. I am going to shoot for 179 so I can get out of the 180's this month. That would leave me 30 pounds to lose in the next 6 months. I know I can do 1pound a week and hopefully more.
So the goal was 175 by June 1st. I am not sure I will be able to make that as I only have 5 weeks left and 14 pounds to go. I would have to lose 3 pounds a month. My scale has not been my friend however with all of the circuit training and toning I am doing I can really tell a difference in my strength and I am starting to get definition. YAHHHH!
So the goal was 175 by June 1st. I am now down to 190. I have 9 weeks left to go and 15 more pounds to lose. I need to lose a little over a pound and a half a week to reach my goal. I know I can do this I will just have to really buckel down.
How is everyone else doing setting a 3 pound of 1/4 year goal?
So I have now gone from 197 to 192 and am still hanging out. My goal was 175 so I still have 17 left to go by June 30th. I have 14 weeks left to go so if I can lose 1.5 pounds a week I will reach my goal. Hopefully next week my scale will be my friend.
Evidently I was in worse shape than I thought because I have somehow lost 4 pounds since Thursday but most of it is water weight. So I am now reseting my goal for this Thursday to be 191 instead of 193. It would be great if I would lose 6 pounds the first week, I would feel like I was on the biggest loser but know week 2 I will be back to the normal 1 to 2 pound loss. I am just happy the scale is moving in the right direction finally!
My official weigh in day is not until Thursday, however I snuck a peak at the scale and it said I had already lost 2 pounds this week. Probably just water weight but I will take it. ha ha! So my goal for the first week is to lose at least 4 pounds by Thursday. The first week is when you typically lose more so I am going for 193 byThursday. Wish me luck!
Sounds like a great goal. I just want to feet to stop hurting from all of the extra weight I am carrying. I feel so much worse when I gain weight. Both body and mind. I hate when i have no engergy and everytime I stop exercising it is like someone took my battery out.
My goal is to lose 5-10 lbs a month - so that by November I'll have lost at least 40 lbs (more hopefully) because we're going on the Disney Cruise and I want to be able to get in a bathing suit and not shy away or freak out because I'm in one.
If HE leads you to it, HE will see you through it.
So I set my new goal to lose 25 pounds by the end of the June. I would really love to lose 50 this year so i figure if I can lose 1/2 by June I can then work on the other half the rest of the year. So I thought it would be a good idea to set a three month challenge. That way you can check in every week and have accountability toward your progress for the three months. I want to be 175 by June 1st. I will log in my starting weight at the end of this month. I am scared to see how much weight I gained on vacation this past weekend. 3 days in DC of constant eating out. UGHHHH!
