I have to admit when I got sick with the cold for a week I was SOOOO bad on my diet so I gained back the one pound I did lose. Now I am going to make a 10 pound weight lose my February Valentines present to myself.
My goal for January is to lose 5 lbs. Considering I gained all my weight back plus some - I have to set my goals small so that I can reach them quicker (hopefully) and work my way to larger goals once my small ones have been met.
If HE leads you to it, HE will see you through it.
I was thinking since it is the kick off to a New Year we should start off with a bang. My goal this month is to lose 10 pounds. I know that is alot however because I have been away for a while I thought maybe I would drop a larger number the first week or two.
My starting weight is 193 and my goal weight is 183.
