None of us want to think about putting on another bathing suit with a skirt attached trying to hide ourselves as much as possible while still participating in beach/pool activities with the family. So I was thinking about doing a size challenge. I think we should post our size we are currently wearing and go for one size smaller. This means not pounds lost on the scale but muscle toning to lose those inches. I have been trying to incorporate more Muscle strengthening into my workouts so that while I loose I also tone at the same time. So maybe we can post our goal and then post how much strength training you did each week.

I read this little clip from another group and I wanted to share it because I thought it was inspiring.

I'm scared of posting pictures (before, after, basically any). Terrified in fact.

My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. Having photos of myself that I want to frame and post for all to see.
2. Wearing the cute clothes hanging in my closet with the tags still on.
3. Getting rid of the not-so-cute clothes that are too big (no going back!)
4. Not looking like I just had a baby when that baby turns one.
5. Going on a boat. In a bathing suit. Without a cover up.
The best way to motivate me is to tell me I canít win. #winning

I thought that was very inspiring and in many places I felt like I wrote it so I thought it might be a little motivation to keep moving forward, losing the weight and feeling good about yourselves.
