So upon inspection in the mirror I discovered that in order for me to be in a wedding in a sleeveless dress I am really going to have to work out my arms. Also alot of my summer clothes are tank shirts and I am tired of the giggly arms so I was thinking I would start an upper body/arm challenge. Maybe we can list how many arm muscle building exercises we do and share what is working and what is not.
I really need to work on my underarms you know the giggly side!
