This next week I am also on a mission. I have finally found an old friend that I have been looking for a long time. We have made plans to take a trip for a weekend in September to get away. I would like to look good and be able to buy nice clothes in a smaller size.
Therefore, I am also revamping my goals because by then I would like to be down 24 pounds. I am:
1. Workout 5 days a week for 1 hr of cardio and 3 days of 30 mins of strength training.
2. Be positive even on days that I just want to scream.
3. Control my cravings and turn to my support when I need them
4. Get outside more with my son and do crazy things with him.
5. Eat more fruits and veggies.
