As of this morning I did not lose more only the 7 pounds. How did everyone else do?

So I was thinking how much does 10 pounds equate to. Imagine a 10 pound bag of potatos or 2 - 5 pound bags of sugar just gone from your body. I would really like to lose those last 3 pounds in the next 6 days! Hopefully my scale will move again tomorrow on weight in day!

How is everyone else doing with their 10 pound goal?

I am hoping for at least two pounds this week. I guess I am going to have to do more zumba this week. The week I did zumba 4 times in one week I saw big results so hopefully I can get a good number for Friday.

I got on the scale this morning and it said I had lost another 2 pounds but I am not counting them until next week to make sure it is accurate. I would hate to get my hopes up only to find out I was wrong. ha ha. According to the scale this morning I have lost 6 pounds. Not sure if it is right so I will weight again next week on my normal weigh in day.

I only lost .5 but I'll take that over gaining any day. It was a bit of a rough weekend with crazy food choices and going non stop. Hoping to kick it up for this week.
8.4 more to go until end of May.

Though my tracker says I weigh 182 it is because I did not change it to 185 when I gained. I refused to move it up any more and will only move it down. ha ha Only 8 more to go in 25 days. YAHHHH!

I need to get back on track so I will join you too. My diet has been a complete nightmare for the last month.

Current Weight (5/3): 154.6
Goal (5/31): 145

Not exactly 10 pounds, but I think 145 is where I need to be.

Since I can't seem to consistantly lose 6-8 pounds/month this will be a true challenge for me. But I am struggling with a gain every time AF is coming and I really wanna push through that wall. I will do this with you.
Currently 222.6 (last week weigh in)
Goal 212.6 by May 31st. -

Tomorrow is my weigh in day. Ill post my stats again tomorrow I guess.

Okay next month is June and soon I will have to try and squeeze myself into a bathing suit. So I thought I would love to lose at least 10 pounds this month. I know it will be hard to do losing 2.5 pounds a week. It is a crazy idea but I am thinking If I don't lose weight I will go crazy anyway. ha ha so here are my stats.

5/2/11 - 185 lbs
Goal 175 or more by May 31.
