Include yesterday's miles. I worked out with the Biggest Loser Cardio Max yesterday so i did not log miles as I am not sure what to put for 30 minutes of aerobics. So i just put my miles this morning. But I want to put all of March so I can see how active we Mom's are.
Whitney I am not sure about the couch to 5K because I have been trying to do something different everyday to keep my body losing. Like Monday I did bike for 35, treadmill for 10, and 15 minutes of strenth training, Yesterday I did the Biggest Loser Cardio max, This morning I did intervals on the treadmill and strength training again. Tomorrow I will probably do either step or boxing. That way I am also mixing up the different muscle groups whilel working out as well.
