The year's end is fastly approaching and we have just two months left to reach our year end goal. How close are you? Well I am only 4.5 pounds away from my goal and I want to lose them this month. So Here is my challenge:
1 - Lose at least 5 pounds this month during the Thanksgiving Holiday Season.
2- Increase my water from 8 glasses a day to 10
3-Increase my veggies from 3 to 4
4-Do more muscle toning this month
My starting weight as of November 1st was 182.5
My goal weight as of November 30th is 177.
My goal of 177 would only leave me with two pounds to lose in December to reach a 35 pound weight loss for 2010. It is not the original 52 pound weight loss I originally wanted but I am very happy with it.
