Because at the end of this month we are going to be infultrated by the temptation of candy our children bring home from their night of adventure, I thought we need to do a last ditch effort toward losing pounds before the holidays. So here is my proposal
Week 1 - 8 glasses of water a day, 30 minutes cardio 5 times a week, only fruits for snack
Week 2 - 9 glasses of water a day, 30 minutes cardio 5 days a week, 3 strength building exercises 3 times a week, eat on low end of calorie range.
Week 3 - switch it up - 9 glasses of water, rotate your cardio to not do the same thing all 5 days, 3 strength building exercises 3 times a week, eat on high end of calorie range.
Week 4 - It's all or nothing final week, 10 glasses of water a day, 35 minutes cardio 6 days a week, 4 strength building exercised 4 times a week, Eat on low end of calorie range.
October 31 - We are swamped with milk duds, dum dums, tootsie rolls, lollipops, etc. But the kids are cute!
