SW October 1st 186 pounds
October 8th 185 (Down 1 pound)
October 15th 184.5 (down 1/2 a pound)
October 22 - skipped weigh in
October 28 182.5 (down 2 pounds)

I do not think I am going to reach my goal of 178 but it may be close. 3.5 pounds loss so far this month. Not to bad with having taken a week off for personal stuff. I just would like to be out of the 180's for good!

Try the wii dance 2 it is so much fun and a really good workout. My daughter likes dancing with it as well.

Next week is our Halloween Social here at work and the dress I have for it is a size 14. I'm a 16 right now, I'm thinking I'm going to do the Thurman plan for next week and go hard core so that hopefully I can fit into the dress.

The first week I did Thurman the last time - I lost 10 lbs, I'm not expecting that big of a number this go round, but my slacking off is catching up with me, I have to do something.

I weighed this morning and I'm up 2 lbs. :(
I dont even want to put that on my ticker because to see it go up is worse than seeing the scale reflect my lack of motivation :(

I'm going to hit the wagon super hard Sunday (tomorrow I have a birthday party to go to and there's no way I'm going to control myself).

I have to confess Whitney I did not even get on the scale today. You know what is going on at home and the craziness will be over on Monday so I will get back on track then. I did get on the scale yesterday and it said I did not gain but I did not lose either. So I will just have to pedal even more next week. I have not been bad I just have not been watching everything and I have really slacked off this week with exercise. My husband wants me to sit up and watch movies. Last night I did not get to bed until almost midnight. So when my alarm clock went off at 6:30 I wanted to shoot it. HA HA! Needless to say no bike time this morning.

Only 6.5 more to go. I don't know if I can drop 6.5 in 2 weeks. Thankfully the Fall Festival at the kids school is this weekend so I can really concentrate next week. No more donations procurement, pumpkin patch, basket making, etc. It is my favorite event of the year but it is all consuming especially the closer it gets. So after Saturday I can concentrate on cub scout leadership training, Cub scout Halloween trunk or treat, Payton Kindergarten Fall party and oh ya my own Halloween party. Maybe I will be able to breath November 1st. ha ha!

I'm PMS'ing like a crazy woman - I stepped on the scale and lets just say, I hate that stupid thing.

SW October 1st - 191
GW October 31st - 185

I think 6 lbs is doable I just have to get myself back in the game.

I know 8 pounds is more than I lost last month but with the holiday's coming up I want to at least reach my year end goal of 33 lbs. My original goal was 52 pounds in 2010 which did not happen due to set backs. If I can reach the 178 I will set another goal for November and December.

Because at the end of this month we are going to be infultrated by the temptation of candy our children bring home from their night of adventure, I thought we need to do a last ditch effort toward losing pounds before the holidays. So here is my proposal

Week 1 - 8 glasses of water a day, 30 minutes cardio 5 times a week, only fruits for snack

Week 2 - 9 glasses of water a day, 30 minutes cardio 5 days a week, 3 strength building exercises 3 times a week, eat on low end of calorie range.

Week 3 - switch it up - 9 glasses of water, rotate your cardio to not do the same thing all 5 days, 3 strength building exercises 3 times a week, eat on high end of calorie range.

Week 4 - It's all or nothing final week, 10 glasses of water a day, 35 minutes cardio 6 days a week, 4 strength building exercised 4 times a week, Eat on low end of calorie range.

October 31 - We are swamped with milk duds, dum dums, tootsie rolls, lollipops, etc. But the kids are cute!
