Didn't do so hot over the weekend. Had a fish fry from Grandparents day because that is the only way my dad like's his seafood. I have not fried food in forever. I ate a 1/2 piece of catfish, about 8 baby schallops and 5 shrimp along with coleslaw, corn bread, macaroni salad. Needless to say my scale was not my friend this morning. But I am back on track today.
I was thinking since it is the nineth month and none of us lost 10 pounds in the 8th month we could try a September challenge. If anyone is game, my starting weight is 192 and I want to be 183 by September 30th.
