I know it is a little much but I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me in a 10 pound challenge this month. I would like to be in the 180's by the end of the month. I know it will be hard as one week of this month I will be on vacation, but I plan on staying busy the whole time and watching what I eat. I may not log in my calories that week, or even have access to a computer but I will definetly be active. Is anyone interested.
My starting weight is 199 lbs.
Goal 189 lbs by August 31st.
