I have been out for a little while because I have been having some foot problems. Hopefully the doctor will give me a clean bill of health on Thursday and I can get back to working out like I was because February 1st. So this week I am going to start off slowly with just the bike.
I really have to get back on track, I have a class reunion coming up this summer and I would like to be at least 30 pounds lighter by then.
