If you have an idea on the team goals feel free to make suggestions. I chose these goals because I believe they contribute to stress management and reduction, which I think is an underlying key to avoid depression.
I actually do have days that my fitness routine is right around 10 minutes because I do metabolic resistance training 4 times a week. I do walk for an hour (generally on the treadmill) twice a week, with some sprint intervals.
Sleep is a hard one for me, especially now I'm in school. There is always something to do. But it really is a foundation to emotional and physical health.
Finally, I do try to blog at least once a week. It can be a way to vent feelings or reframe them.
