I'm gonna guess it's your tracking. Try writing every single morsel of food you eat down for a week. Looking back, I'll bet you are able to figure out exactly where your issue is.

It's really easy to forget about things we've eaten and think we "really aren't eating that much". I know this is the case for me! Writing it down is key in keeping my weight off.

I hope this helps!

Everytime I workout I find out my AT. For instance in spinning its around 180 and running 170. Then depending on the kind of workout I'm doing, fat burning aerobic endurance or sugar burning anaerobic threshold etc I use whatever number I got that day for my AT and work around that. (So its kinda hard to say my target heart rate since it seems to fluxiate day to day exercise to exercise etc). My MAIN gaol is fittness and not entirely the number on the scale. But I am trying to make sense of it all.

1 pound of fat and 1 pound of muscle weigh the same. Its just that 1pound of muscle takes up less space.

What is your target heart rate? If you're not doing intervals and only staying in the "zone" it will take you a lot longer to lean down. Before a show we do specific things to lean down and it's not staying in your zone.

Before I start I think in the end I may just need some encouragement.

I did ChaLEAN Extreme last summer, then moved onto Jari Love's Ripped series, and continued with more weight lifting. I also do spin class twice a week and run 4x a week (short 3-4 miles a day). I am very methodical and research everything try to be as informed as much as possible so I get results and don't hurt myself.
I wear a heart rate monitor and religiously monitor it so I stay in the zone I plan to be in for the day (aerobic endurance, max training etc).
Here is my problem. I am 5'2" and weigh 130... I start at 118 when I started ChaLEAn Extreme and its been going up since. My scale says my body fat is 11.7% . I FEEL like a line backer (LOL). Most of my clothes still fit but I don't FEEL slim & lean.
As far as diet I follow Tosca Reno's Eat CLean Diet, I am lax on tracking, which I think might be part of my problem (too much of good things?). ANy help or encouragement would be SOOOOO appreciated.
