I walked!!! I had to go to the doctor's and was going to drive and I thought - - -WALK!!!
14 mins to arrive - stopped at park bench once.
then 12 minutes return trip without stopping ( but stopped without sitting twice to go up the hill in the park)
It was slow going and legs are weak, but I'm satisfied as I went 12 mins w/o stopping. That is ore than I have done before.
I can't walk outside much longer as the days are colder and more humid. I have to watch getting sick because it can set off a crisis with my autoimmune problem, but if weather does permit, I think I will walk as far as I can without worrying about the number of stops I need to make and then in the spring start with Week 1 again trying for the duration. i.e. 15 mins first week, 17 mins second week.
