Hello checking in. I looked at the threads for intermediate walking week 1, week 2, and week 3. I am currently walking 30 minutes either on a treadmill or a walking trail near my Mom's house. So I will start there for this coming week the week of Septermber 16 with a goal of accomplishing this 3X a week. That's my downfall consistency. I did get 30 minutes of fitness in today at Curves. By the way am I posting in the right place?
