2 miles today- and I FINALLY figured out how to track it! Yikes I have spent hours trying to figure out where to track walking and I just saw the mileage tab by the "favorites" tab! So I can now correctly add my miles. OY!

Did my 5K in 49:06 which I thought was fabulous. Beautiful clear, chilly night and the stars were twinkling at me. Moon almost a perfect half moon! Now that Stacy aka MADEIT3 has signed up for the 5 weeks to 5K we can all keep adding steps to our daily totals and plan on joining her in 5 weeks!! My scale is not moving downward but my pants are loose and my legs firming up! NSV's...little victories!
The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!
