Started week 2 a day late. My body physically just could not do it.
I was reading about Fibromyalgia on SP and was surprised to see how similar they sound. Although they say MS is less common. I had a horrible painful weekend after my first week of walking, so Monday I just could not do it.
Tonight I felt re-newed. And it went well. 2 miles lower your blood sugar walk with Leslie Sansone. I won't say it was easy- but I feel good, although inflammation (water retention) seems to be my unwanted reward.
It will get better- I know it will!
