I cooked my egg whites with spinach (scrambled) the night before and separate in 1/3 and 2/3 I also prepare my oatmeal with blueberries and split in 1/3 and 2/3. I nuke the 1/3 portions in morning while my coffee is brewing and ate it before heading out the door... by the time I warm up with my flexibility stretching, I am ready to go. I finish my other 2/3 as my breakfast...

Peanut butter on whole grain bread is my go-to pre-workout snack.

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

I can't workout on an empty stomach either. I had bootcamp at 5:30 am so I set my alarm for 4:00. Most of the time I would eat a small bowl of oatmeal and an apple.

This is an individualized thing. I can't work out on an empty stomach, either. I get up early and make oatmeal and eggs, but if you don't want to take the time for that a good-quality small protein bar should be sufficient. You could also do a piece of fruit and a scoop of whey protein.

I'm about to start a boot camp class. It's starts at 6:30am. Any ideas on how to eat before class and timing? I know from past experience I can't weight train on an empty stomach...not sure if it's blood sugar issues or what, but if I don't eat before hitting those weights I get shaky and light-headed. Because of that, I always do weights about 2 hours or so after a meal. My first class is Friday so I don't have much time to experiment. :-(
What has worked for you?
