I cooked my egg whites with spinach (scrambled) the night before and separate in 1/3 and 2/3 I also prepare my oatmeal with blueberries and split in 1/3 and 2/3. I nuke the 1/3 portions in morning while my coffee is brewing and ate it before heading out the door... by the time I warm up with my flexibility stretching, I am ready to go. I finish my other 2/3 as my breakfast...
