I cooked my egg whites with spinach (scrambled) the night before and separate in 1/3 and 2/3 I also prepare my oatmeal with blueberries and split in 1/3 and 2/3. I nuke the 1/3 portions in morning while my coffee is brewing and ate it before heading out the door... by the time I warm up with my flexibility stretching, I am ready to go. I finish my other 2/3 as my breakfast...

This is an individualized thing. I can't work out on an empty stomach, either. I get up early and make oatmeal and eggs, but if you don't want to take the time for that a good-quality small protein bar should be sufficient. You could also do a piece of fruit and a scoop of whey protein.
"Eating Down 40 Pounds"- My Facebook blog chronicling everything I'm eating while I'm losing this darned weight (again!)- www.facebook.com/GettingABetterBody/
I'm about to start a boot camp class. It's starts at 6:30am. Any ideas on how to eat before class and timing? I know from past experience I can't weight train on an empty stomach...not sure if it's blood sugar issues or what, but if I don't eat before hitting those weights I get shaky and light-headed. Because of that, I always do weights about 2 hours or so after a meal. My first class is Friday so I don't have much time to experiment. :-( What has worked for you?
