I struggle enough trying to keep my salt intake as low as possible. If I indulge my legs and feet blow up I have a huge gain due to fluid retention. My breathing gets really bad. I don't have any intention of changing my salt intake.
Slow and steady gets you there
for me, a Costco hotdog can put me in heart failure or a ham steak. Anything that brings my daily total over 1200 mg and I'm in trouble. I think I'll be staying off the sodium.

I totally agree with you. I guess each of us will have to use or not - work out the best way individually. I know that when I indulge myself I have fluid increase, weight goes up indicating that and my breathing becomes difficult. . . and that even when I don't change the laysex . so I've learned what I have to do for me, Oh, but the pizza commercials - the pepperoni pizza - oh please - change the channel!!!!!!!!!! salt might be alright . they said that they found that salt may not be the culprit that first thought it was . I said ... really , now what are you going to say we can now eat without guilty feelings . I do not think i am going to eat more salt . i do not want to go back to salt . i do not care what they say . told my hubby that with the news changing everything all the time just wait and soon a statement that you can agree upon will come out and then you can say . i knew that .coffee eggs meat all have made the list . of bad for you .
