Go to Sparkrecipes and search "low sodium." I found great recipe ideas there when I started trying to cut sodium.

Here's a low sodium chili I made recently. I typically make a lot and freeze in individual serviings. recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detai

Hi and welcome to the team. I don't use the salt shaker, I rinse canned veggies before cooking and look for low sodium type foods. Also use portion control and drink water throughout the day.

low sodium sloppy joes.. it's all about using flavorful spices. Search around in the spark recipes and you will find plenty of good ones to get you started.

I have been air popping popcorn and seasoning it with cinnamon and honey.. for a snack.
