Hello all: I've been reading meat labels a lot more lately, and I've noticed that meats have a lot of sodium plus other ingredients injected into them. I'm not talking tenders and stuff like that which I automatically assume does, but chicken thighs, breasts, whole chicken, beef, pork, etc. They inject sodium and chemicals into everything these days. Does anyone know which brands use the least sodium?
