What a great link, Maewing. Thank you so much for posting it. I have passed along to members at my health club who are trying to watch their salt intake. You never know when or where something you post here will touch another's life.

I wish I could still eat salty popcorn, but those days are long gone. The other thing I really miss is being able to eat popcorn (plain these days) without getting lots of junk stuck under my extensive dental work Getting old ain't for sissies, that's for sure.
There was much rejoicing!

I've definitely been craving popcorn again, although I think once I get into it and the kernels get stuck in my teeth, then I don't eat it for a while. I hate those salty cravings, though, that's for sure!
Who have you encouraged today?

Thank you so much for the web site!! I love popcorn and I have been buying the Jolly Time Healthy Pop butter 94% fat free microwave kind. For 5 cups per serving it has 100 calories, 0 fat, 210 mg of sodium, 9 mg of fiber and 3mg of protein per 5 cups. And if you do WW it is only 1 point.
