Goals for April are to track everything and try to make healthy choices overall. For April I have given up desserts except fresh fruit (we'll see how this goes for Easter). Want to get some fitness in every day and would love to reach 2500 fitness minutes for the month.

My goals for April is to eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, measure and track everything, LOSE 10 lbs.. To do this I must be strict with myself and do lots of exercise daily. I am also going to get back on my sleep schedule and try to be more organized. Good luck to me and everyone else with the goals.
