April Goals

Stay within calorie range
If I bite it; write it
Keep up my 10K+ steps per day streak (since March 1)
Don't allow stress or mentally abusive people to ruin my goals
Journal each day

I hope to:
Lose more inches
Lose at least 4 lbs

My April goals are:

1) more exercise
2) more freggies
3) stick with the Flylady and get my house under control
4) lose at least 5 pounds

Goals for April are to track everything and try to make healthy choices overall. For April I have given up desserts except fresh fruit (we'll see how this goes for Easter). Want to get some fitness in every day and would love to reach 2500 fitness minutes for the month.

My goals for April are to get back on track with my eating after a very crazy March and to increase my exercise intensity. I need to see major shifts on the scale at the end of this month emoticon emoticon emoticon

My goals for April is to eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, measure and track everything, LOSE 10 lbs.. To do this I must be strict with myself and do lots of exercise daily.
I am also going to get back on my sleep schedule and try to be more organized. Good luck to me and everyone else with the goals.
