I was up a Half Inch in my waist, all other measurements--even BMI--were exactly the same.
Body Fat was down from 29.8% to 29.5%

Heres my latest measurements. I forgot to put them in on Monday when I got weighed. :)

Bust: 51.25 (down 1.5 in)
Waist: 45.75 (down 2.75 in)
Abdomen: 50 (down 1.75 in)
Hips: 47.75 (down 0.25 in)
Thighsx2: 50 (down 1 in)
Armsx2: 27 (same)
Weight 243.75 (down 7.25 lbs)
Body fat down almost 1%

A good month. :) Didn't lose quite as many lbs as I would have liked, BUT I finally lost inches around my middle area! Yippee!

Uniongal, you can go to your Curves employee and ask for a printout of your measurements. They would be happy to do it. (I say that as a Curves employee myself.) :) Good to see you, and I just know your gonna LOVE Curves!!!

Welcome to Curves UNIONGAL29379. Does your Curves have the Curves Smart?

I had my weigh and measure today. I was so upset because my home scale shows a gain (228 up from 225) but the Curves scale shows me at 221! Normally the scales differ from 1 pound less at Curves even though I wear my shoes at Curves. But this different?

Hey everyone, I just started curves for the first time Friday, I forgot to write down my measurements, but i'll find out at the end of the month and post it on here how much I have lost. I've heard great things about curves so I'm giving it a shot, wish me luck, I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this.

Just realized that I forgot to put my measurements down after my Wed weighin. Here goes:
Bust 52.75 (down 2.25 in)
Waist 48.5 (down 2.5 in)
Abs 51.75 (down 1.25 in)
Hips 8 (same)
Thighsx2 51 (down 1 in)
Armsx2 27 (down 1 in)
Weight 251 (down 11.75 lbs)
Body fat 45.2 (down 0.70%)

So I lost 8 inches total, 7.15 lbs body fat, and 11.75 lbs. Yeah!

I just joined Curves last week. I'm really enjoying it thus far - aside from the reality of my measurements which follow:

Bust - 37
Waist - 29.5
Abs - 37 (ugh)
Hips - 41
Thighs x 2 - 52 (ugh)
Arms x 2 - 26
Weight - 175
Height - 5'4"
%Body Fat - 33%

So...I working under the pretense that we get measured monthly and these were taken on 11/25. We'll see what happens over the course of this next month!!!! Hopefully good things.

Hi all ,

I am usually a lurker in my groups but I have sorted my groups and have narrowed them down so now maybe I can keep up a bit more with them LoL!

I have been a member of Curves now for a little over a year but have been on my weigh loss journey now for about a year and a half. I have Lost a total of 63 pounds Sense I Started My Journey and 37 of those Pounds have been lost while being a member of curves!...

I Love My Curves and Its Members they are so supportive!

I still have 30 pounds to lose and i will et there some day but as for now i take it one day and a time!

Starting next month I will Start Putting in my Measurements and Weights here monthly :)

Well nice to meet all of you and thanks for having this group!

Grrr!!! I weighed in today and I'm up to 156!!!! I can't believe it. I thought 149 was a bummer, guess I have a new personal high. I don't know where the weight is coming from. I'm working my butt off to lose and I just seem to be gaining right now. I'm so disappointed.

Today I got weighed and measured at Curves! It was in the afternoon and so I had eaten lunch and I think the weight was off, but I rocked with the inches!
I even lost 4.10% of my body fat! How did I do that, in just one month!

I just joined Curves exactly one week ago. I lost 1.6 pounds this week and am very happy :-) I have went everyday except one this week so I am doing very well. I'm excited to see how this continues!

"Dead Last" beats "Did Not Finish" which smokes "Didn't bother to start".

Hey everyone, so I just go measured for the first time since I started Curves (like 2 months maybe)...I didn't know to ask to be measured until someone said something! lol
So this is from about 2 months difference...I don't know if it is typical, low or high...but at least something is working and my body is showing results

Lost

Bust -2.50 inches (I didnít want to lose thatÖlol)

Waist -2.75 inches

Abdomen -2.00 inches

Hips -2.50 inches

Thighs -1.50 inches

Arms -1.00 inches

Weight -15.25 pounds

Body Fat % -2.00%

So in total, Iíve lost -12.25 inches! And in total -15.25 pounds since starting Curves about 2 months ago.

Yea, like I said I don't know if this is good, or if I could be doing better...and I like my little report card! I think I want to frame it or something! lol
oh and my mom had a doctor's appointment today and told my doctor how much I've lost. I knew I was around 300 in January but didn't know the exact number or my highest weight, and I knew I had lost some weight when I joined Curves because I weighed in at 280. Well my doctor looked it up and wrote down a note for me...my highest weight was 311! So I've lost 45 pounds total since last year emoticon

Hi Everyone. I had my first weigh in and I lost 3 lbs and 7 1/2 inches. Mind you I went 6 days a week because I was so excited about joining Curves and losing somemore weight I just had to do it that much. I am now going 3 times a week and giving my body a chance to heal in between my workouts. They say that is better for you and you still get results. I will see when I go into my next weigh in. Everybody keep motivated we can do this together

I only weigh and measure once a month at CURVES, but I weigh every week at home. I average 1 lb and 1 inch a week. FINALLY made it under 200#. Yippee. I'm about half way to my ultimate goal.

Curves weighed me in at 205. Her scales always weigh me heavier than mine do.

She says I only lost 2 inches but I'm not sure. My clothes are to loose for that. I'm going to have my DH measure me to see if she was right.

I guess you're right. At least it makes sense. lol. I find that every time I get the urge/motivation to go it is when I'm on my period and this sucks. I cannot be measured and weighed on my period and yet I find I don't go at much any other time. lol. I'm sure I'll just have to get some motivation to go. Thanks again for the info.

I was told that when you first start working out again that you will gain a little because your gaining lean muscle mass, so don't get discouraged, just keep at it. I own a Curves and was taught that when you diet without exercising you lose lean muscle mass, so when you start exercising you gain back your lean muscle mass and everyone knows muscle weighs more than fat. Im not looking forward to my weigh in either but hopefully I have lost some inches.

This is a great idea. I'm almost scared to go to my next one though. I haven't really been going to Curves steadily since I joined and I think I may have gained weight, but not to worry. I am going to just start all over again. lol. Thanks for a place to get more motivation.

Hello. We will be starting to use a weekly weigh in so we can see how all of us are doing. And we can support each other.

Once a month after you get your weigh in and measurements at Curves report here.
