Ok, Ladies are you ready to get moving and help you reach your goals? Here is the new ATW challenge:
Record your activity time! This can be any activity! Housework, sit-ups, gym time, walking, lifting soup cans while watching TV!! If it makes you move more than you would normally, it counts!!
If you can be very active.. we challenge you to it!!
If you can be moderately active, then now is the time to start...
If you are limited to what you can do, any activity is better than NO activity!!
Record your activity time!! You can use the special ATW printables, links at the bottom of post, to record your time, or track it however you may find works best!
Our first challenge will run until Valentine's day! That way you can all look hot for that special day! So, that is just over two months to rack up the hours!!
Every TEN hours of activity time gets you one entry point! At the end of the challenge, all points will be entered in a random drawing for prizes! There are 3 prizes to be won, but the greatest prize of all, is getting healthy!!!
So, what do you say ladies are you ready to get healthy???? LET'S GO!!!!!!!!
