I've been her a zillion times it seems! emoticon For me it still seems accountability. Weighing myself each morning and posting (journaling) on the villes. When I don't weigh myself it is because I was pigging emoticon out on unhealthy junk food. After a few days I know the scale will be emoticon so I avoid getting on it. Before you know it I'm up 20+lbs. emoticon Another thing which seems to help me is give myself a pep talk each morning. You wouldn't believe how much that helps. I also agree with Sherry. I also lack consistency. I'm eating healthy for several weeks or months then BAM! I sabotage myself. I also learned that if you have a bad day that's ok. Each new day is a blank page. What you write is up to you! Leave the past in the past & hopefully learn from it. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I agree, LadyDiscipline. I need to be more consistent. I'm good for a while, I lose a few pounds, then I get sick or hurt. It takes me MONTHS to get back on track.

My new approach is accountability. I'm weighing my self each day & put my weight ticker back up. Why I took it off ? I guess I didn't want to face the fact that I was back in 240ville again & only 25 lbs. away from where I started several yrs. ago. That weight ticker will be a reminder of how much I weigh & will be one more thing that will keep my accountable. I also got back in the habit to weigh myself 1st thing each morning. It's great for accountability!

As I mentioned before, use the food tracker & keep busy & active. Also keep pushing & don't give up. I have never seen Onederland yet but at least the scale never went back up to what I was.(276)

I'm doing good. I'm staying in my calorie range & trying to use the food tracker. I wish I can get in the habit of using it every day. When I read all the success stories using the food tracker was a must. Also I'm keeping busy & active!

I joined the BLC26 (Biggest Loser Challenge) They will be starting up on 9/17/14. The last challenge BLC25 I didn't do very well. I revamped my spark page & started reading articles about how to get back on track. Their are so many success stories & articles to read to keep you motivated!

I found that if I use the food tracker it keeps me accountable. Plus towards the end of the day I know how many calories I have left if I want to have a snack. Once you get a list of your favorite foods listed the food track is easy & fast! Also joining a team. I am on the fall challenge and it also helps me to be accountable! emoticon

Staying under my calories, water and adding just a little more exercise. I walk 3 miles 3-4x a week and this time I tried to do the same amount in shorter time, it got me outta here in no time

Those Sparkers in 'Leaving 230-ville' really, really like me! They don't want me to Leave!
I think they have Attachment Problems. So i'll have to stick around for yet another week or two, just to help them all out!

Will they be devastated if i leave? Probably not. I might have to escape.

I managed to stay under 1500 also! I only got in 20 minutes of my kettlebell cardio blast but that's better than none, it's a very intense workout! My goal for the rest of this week is to take in less sodium!

ok, little energy. did manage to lifestyle walk 30 mins, and managed to eat under 1500 calories.

HEY SPARKERS!

down -2.5 lbs. at Dr.'s office early this morning. i usually weigh-in before eating.

went out for brunch, all food from today tracked in SP, under 1500 calories.

walked 35 mins to garden centre, tracked in SP

worked the garden for a couple of hours.

this is my 2nd consecutive weight loss with Leaving 230-ville.

only 6.5 lbs more to go and i find my way out of this maze!

LOL!
