OK guys. let's star this fresh. Its the beginning of a new month. Try for 10 min of ab 2-3 days a week. Remember your cor is what holds you upright!!!!

Did my 10 minutes of core ab work. It hurt. Need to stay with this challenge work on my posture!

Keep on attacking your core. it's what holds us all upright!

It was very challenging for me, and my moves were less than perfect. I've hardly managed the Pilates Leg Pulls (facing up) and the Knee Tuck Crunches.

Find something that works you. Maybe there are more videos out there too. If the muscles are already warmed up to do pushups maybe try it on same days. So on off days muscles can rest and build muscles. That will increase the metabolism also.
