What a great idea 3-0-1 is. I do Intermittent fasting for the first half of the day, now if I could stop snacking after I break "fast" between my large meals with 3-0-1 I'm sure I could finally nip this in the butt! Good for you!
Okay you are a few days past the 10 days, how are things going for you now? Are you still experiencing successes? I know you are probably doing great but I wanted to check up on you and see if you need any extra encouragement to keep on going strong.

Three meals a day, nothing in between, one day at a time. I eat what I want at meal times but stop when full and nothing till next meal. Finding it easier to deal with only having three windows for eating a day, takes food out of the equation for a while! :-)
Started the 21 day binge free challenge last week no even thinking that I would manage a day, but I am now on day ten. That is incredible for me, first time in a long time I have eaten normally for that length of time. I'm sticking to the 3-0-1 plan and it seems to be helping me, and I've lost 10lbs
Had a hard week too and have been feeling the urge to binge very strong, but have managed to resist
