Not sure about that.. but you have to mix up exercise.. making sure your heart rate is up!

You already have the advice I would give. Hang in there and keep on keeping on - if you are doing the things you need to do, the weight will eventually move in the right direction. Check the portion sizes, track faithfully, weigh and measure your food and switch things up a bit. Eating and exercising a little more, a little less, a little variety, and MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR SLEEP = it is critical to losing weight.

I don't have any answers about the tea. I know there is supposed to a metabolic coffee that helps "melt bellyfat". But I haven't ever tried it.
