You already have the advice I would give. Hang in there and keep on keeping on - if you are doing the things you need to do, the weight will eventually move in the right direction. Check the portion sizes, track faithfully, weigh and measure your food and switch things up a bit. Eating and exercising a little more, a little less, a little variety, and MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR SLEEP = it is critical to losing weight.
