I had never heard about the peppermint tea, but I agree you have to change it up a little bit. Change your cardio, change your meals, throw your body into shock. emoticon Keep us posted about how you're doing.

You already have the advice I would give. Hang in there and keep on keeping on - if you are doing the things you need to do, the weight will eventually move in the right direction. Check the portion sizes, track faithfully, weigh and measure your food and switch things up a bit. Eating and exercising a little more, a little less, a little variety, and MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR SLEEP = it is critical to losing weight.

With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

My suggestion would be to pick up on the water. Green Tea and peppermint tea should be fine but i don't know about helping with weight loss.

Change your exercise routine.

Great advice here.
No matter how slow the weight loss gets don't get discouraged. it will happen in it's own time
good luck to you

I don't have any answers about the tea. I know there is supposed to a metabolic coffee that helps "melt bellyfat". But I haven't ever tried it.

I just wanted to post to say hello since you live in Christchurch. My father is from there and I would love to visit one day.

I've been there. My personal trainer always says to trust the process and don't stop the diet and exercise. It may be time to change up your regime and keep pushing.

I know it sucks, but the body is weird sometimes and it just doesn't make sense.

Be encouraged and don't give up.

have hit one of those horrible platoes again, have been told that peppermint tea is a good way to help lose weight. Is it as good as green tea or lickerish tea? emoticon
