It sounded like a fun celebration. I think if you eat on the low scale of your calorie range for a few days you will be okay.

Hi just recovering from the Major Birthday Calerbration I went to on Saturday night It was my flatmates 60th pigged out on gourmay pizza's and hot fries and sour cream, also had heaps of a really dear bottle of wine which his daughter and I sheared that cost $50 between us, and half a carafe at around $25 a real good night was had by all even though my flatmate and I did not get to bed till five the next morning so it is no surprise when I weight in on sunday that I was half a k g heaver
