There are lots of things I do, but this past week these have been most helpful:
Asking for a hug Cry if I need to Write out my feelings "What is something healthy I can do right now?" and then do it, right then Call a friend and ask them to talk about their day, so I can get out of my own head
Other favorites: Do something kind for someone else and keep it to myself (no bragging) Clean the one dirtiest thing in my house Play with kids
You can do it, I believe the more you look for the solution, the more solutions you will find.

water with soluble fiber in it fills me up i tell myself I will take a 10min walk and eat after if I am still hungry, I never am I spend time on my hobbies I read a book I log onto to SP I play with one of the dogs or take them on my walk with me I decide to get some yard work done Turn on the radio, blast it and sing and dance myself silly! journaling really helps when I have a sever emotional event rather than just daily stress I take my son outside/to the park to play I clean something i rearrange furniture

talking a walk.. but make sure its not too hot..i did one time and was way too hot.. also i write stuff down so i can let go of it..

I don't consider sugar free chewing gum food as well as water and those ahve been 2 of my lifessavers. I also consider keeping my hands busy. doing something with my hands. Compting (typing) Food journaling, crochet, knit, crafts, walking, Stay away from the kitchen and or call a friend and vent if you ahve to.
Maybe this has been covered, probably it has - but I am wondering: what are your best non-food related coping mechanisms? As the weight has started coming off, I've been dealing with some serious emotions and issues. In the past, I'd just stuff them deep down inside by stuffing myself with nachos. Clearly, that's not working any more!
