1)What lessons did you learn last year about you? That when I actually pause to give real thoughts to my actions, food is not always what I need and sometimes my hunger is only a substitute for something else. More importantly, once I recognize what I really need it's much easier to walk away from the food I don't.
2)What lessons are you still needing to learn in 2010? That motivation is a choice and not a feeling that you either have or don't.
They can't read or write but they sure can multiply. Please spay or neuter your pets.
Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning, Satan shudders & says... "Oh no....she's awake!!"
1. I've learned that I can make commitments and stick to them. This new year I am making commitments to healthful living. 2. I've learned that my opinions and my involvement are valued by others. For 2010 I want to reach out more, make new friends and acquaintances and use what I have and who I am to help others. 3. I've learned that ideas are only as good as I make use of them. Everyone has ideas but successful people are the ones who work on their ideas; this year I am working on my ideas. 4. I've learned that it is extremely important to trust myself. My intuition always leads me to peace. 5. I've learned that being audacious is not a bad thing. This year I am going to be BOLD.
I've learned a whole lot more in 2009, but I'll stop here for now.
I need to learn to be more organized; to be more patient with myself; to be more persistent and consistent - don't give up too quickly; to do nice things for myself - take care of me. As you rightly said, there were lessons presented that I'm sure I've missed. At least I'm not afraid to face them again. I guess that means that the main lesson I've learned in 2009 and I plan to take with me always, is that EVERYTHING will be alright.
Life is good and getting better, day by day and hour by hour!

I learned the importance of saving money and thinking for the future instead of just today. I learned so many things in 09.. way too many to explain. I'm more aware goin into 2010 which is more than I could say this time last year. In 2010, I wanna learn to keep myself at the top of the list and not fall under everyone else.
I had a lot of bad luck last year starting with a separation from my hubby to be scammed on a rental to losing my job. What I have learned from all of that is that I can survivor no matter what is thrown my way.
Next year I plan to continue my survival.

History repeats itself for good reason. To teach us the lessons that we refused to take heed of and learn from.
So does personal history.
We all are looking favorably upon 2010. We all have made some strides in 2009 and are wanting even more success in 2010.
If we didn't learn from our 2009 history, why do we think 2010 will be any different? It won't be. Unless that is we do learn and take that learning into our plan of action, our desire for permanent change.
YES WE CAN do it. There is a price to pay. That is changing who we are. We must become new in order to have something different manifest in our lives.
So, with that long tee-up here's the questions for today:
1)What lessons did you learn last year about you?
2)What lessons are you still needing to learn in 2010?
