I walked for 35 minutes, biked for 30 minutes, did today's bootcamp video as well as the kickboxing one from the last bootcamp and did 55 minutes of strength training...not too bad...now it's back to work tomorrow!

I walked for 35 minutes, biked for 35 minutes, did 50 minutes of strength training, did the bootcamp video and 10 minutes of stretching. Also walked around the Farmers' Market for about 45 minutes (didn't count that as part of my workout tho...way too many people to move very fast).

I did Elliptical, Cross Trainer, and Bicycle 180 minutes plus Bootcamp video, and washed my car! I'm DONE!

Today, I walked for 30 minutes, climbed Stone Mountain for 90 minutes, did strength training and did the 12 minute video for bootcamp. I've got my feet propped up now!

I'm up for the challenge - have been doing a minimum of 30 minutes a day of walking for almost a year. This has become a habit and I miss it terribly if I don't get a walk in for the day. Which luckily are few and far between!
Exercise is the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth!

Who's up for it??????? Let's start with 20 minutes of non stop exercise in whatever form you CHOOSE it to be, walking, running, swimming, step aerobics, stretching, lifting weights, heavy housework, Pilate's.....you name it.....and emoticon if you would like....let's JUST DO IT!!!!!!!! Make it a daily habit!!
PS.....and no this is not what I have done.....yet....just some examples!!!!!
