Yep, I understand what you're going through.
I had finals last week and while I survived from any kind of binge eating from that, the day after my last final is when I found out that my DH was being laid off soon. I binged on potato chips for 3 days!
I "woke up" when I stepped on the scale Monday for my weekly weigh-in. Sighhhh....Up 2 pounds! To think I had wasted all that hard work, I renewed my vow to keep pounding away.
Have you created a visual to look at as a constant reminder? Pictures of how you want to look, etc.? It's a great way to respark your motivation, especially when you're at work.
