Thanks for sharing. WhenI first started tracking my fiber intake, I was so surprised to find I wasn't meeting the minimum recommended amount per day...beans really do help up your fiber intake (and I love them!!).

are we including green beans and wax beans in our bean count? I like them and use the canned ones but rince them off before I use them. I'm sure they don't have as much fiber as beans, but are they still OK

I have these mini bags that are from ziplock. 1/3 the size of a sandwich size back and i put kidney beans 1/4 cup and gorbanzo and other beans ina sauce that come in cans that I like like limas, etc. I ahve them on my salads. It's good to know I'm getting good fiber. Also cooking beans and bean soups.
I was just wondering about my fiber in my diet. I wasn't. so I am going to add 1/4 cup beans (today kidney) to my days. Since, I drink 8 glasses of water, I'll do good. I feel it will help me to lose faster.
