Lo-cal Yoghurt Sauce:

Place 1 cup lo-fat yoghurt, 1 diced tomato, and peeled & sliced shallot in a blender. Puree then add juice of 1/2 lemon, dash of Tabasco sauce, and 1 teaspoon tomato paste. Puree until smooth.

This makes 1.5 cups and is excellent served with seafood or grilled chicken.

Do you use spark people's recioe calculator? I have just started doing this and now I have a collection of some favorite Recipes.
