BRENNI71 - I've done this and my kids LOVE them. I'm curious about your "fiesta lime" seasoning... what is it, exactly? (I usually use a mixture of chili powder, cumin and garlic powder but the fiesta lime sounds like a nice change!)
The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
A quick snack tip.... baked chick peas... yummy and crunchy and hand held!! Also, Seasoned air popped popcorn. I keep a variety of peppers and Mrs Dash on hand for flavor variations. Our favs... Curry or Fiesta Lime Chick peas! toss them in olive oil, add some seasoning and bake at about 425 for around 30 min. you can play around with them. Some like them crunchier and some like them spicier.

there are a lot of websites that carry clean eating menus and most are free. Also, google variations of cooler recipes/cooler carry menus etc. I also like the healthy recipes app from Spark People. If you sort by Vegan or low sodium options, most of the recipes qualify for clean eating. My go to shortcuts are keeping organic/low sodium beans on hand as well as nuts and fruits. A crockpot and canned beans and tomato variations can make simple, quick protein packed meals. Any assortment of fruits/veggies/natural juices added to that meal and you are good!
