Yep! An HRM is great for personal tracking of calories and time. I did notice that SparkPeople has one P90X workout in the exercise data-base...it's the Plyo workout!

Today: Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper
(And 30 minutes minimum walk on the dread-mill for my Idita-Walk minutes!)

P90X - Classic workout

Day Two: Plyometrics It wasn't pretty, but I DID do the entire workout.
Since I've lost some conditioning over the last few months, I couldn't jump as high, as fast or as wide, but I did the full workout, and I will get better at it (again!) as time goes on.

Tomorrow: Shoulders & Arms (another of my favorites) + Ab Ripper -X
Will also walk at least 30 minutes on the treadmill for my Idita-Walk minutes

n.b. Did a 3.14 mile walk this morning for the Idita-Walk too.

I have found tracking here to be the biggest problem so far!
No too bad with the cardio, but to get my full points for the workouts, I have to go back to my workout journal and enter each exercise!

Awesome! I love the P90X series! Plyo is great. How do you track all the exercises? Do you put it under cardio or strength (lots of entries).

P90X - Classic workout

Day One: Chest & Back - Managed first round OK...hit all my pull-ups. Struggled a little in round two (had to use chair!)

Ab Ripper-X: Did all exercises, just not very pretty!!!

Tomorrow: Plyometrics (my favorite!)

n.b. This was in addition to my 5.35 mile walk this morning. Calories burned for the day in exercise alone: 1011
