P90X - Classic workout
Day Two: Plyometrics It wasn't pretty, but I DID do the entire workout.
Since I've lost some conditioning over the last few months, I couldn't jump as high, as fast or as wide, but I did the full workout, and I will get better at it (again!) as time goes on.
Tomorrow: Shoulders & Arms (another of my favorites) + Ab Ripper -X
Will also walk at least 30 minutes on the treadmill for my Idita-Walk minutes
n.b. Did a 3.14 mile walk this morning for the Idita-Walk too.
