ELECTRALYTE: Ouch on the broken ankle. How did you manage to do that? I hope you're healing well.
MRS. CARLY: I love Zumba too. There aren't any classes near me, but I have the DVD.
I'm also easily "bored" and switch up my routine every 2-3 weeks or so.
Rhonda: I'm a runner too. Your regimen sounds similar to mine in many ways. Do you have a "Long run" day? Mine is Monday, unless I have a scheduled race over the weekend!
Crystal: I hope you're making good use of the new gym membership. Did you get a session with a Personal trainer with that?
ORCHIDLADY56: I haven't tried Crossfit yet, but would like to. I've done TRX and P90X on-and-off for a while...it's tough but it works!!!
My regimen looks like this:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday running, cycling, combination of both OR Brisk (4.2mph) walk and jog/run. With P90X Plyometrics workout thrown in there to mix things up a little.
Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: Weights including machines, free-weights, and the P90X program.
Sunday: If it isn't race day, I'll generally have an "easy day" = brisk walking, light jogging, or a DVD.
I do Yoga every day.
