I loved mowing the lawn with our push mower ... then dh wanted a riding mower - we argued - I lost ... do not understand why he wants it so bad when I'm the one that mows the yard anyhow.
Today I did my crossfit WOD and a 20 minute walk :)

I'm going to finish mowing the lawn. I did the front yard Saturday, but I didn't have enough energy to tackle the back. So I'm going to try to get to the back yard before it gets really out of hand.
I got a new push mower! It's the kind where *I'm* the motor. I absolutely LOVE the workout it provides. A neighbor happened by Saturday and commented ... "Man, that's a lot of work!" I smiled and said, "Yep! But I figure, if I go to the gym, I'm getting stronger but accomplishing nothing else. Here, I'm getting a workout AND doing something productive!" I didn't even bother to mention how much better this option was for the environment versus a gas mower...
All around, I'm happy with my new workout. And if I have any energy after mowing, next up: weeding.

After I finish on here I am going to the laundromat to do my laundry then I am going to the gym. According to my fitness schedule today is just for Cardio exercises. So I will do 5 minutes of stretching then 30 minutes of Cardio then another 5 minutes of stretching.

Hi I'm new to this team, so I guess I'll just jump in where I can. My husband introduced HIT training to me today. Just my chest and back. Since I haven' t been doing much of anything at the gym lately, I'm really gonna feel this. Upper chest where my arms connect, felt like jelly. I'm sure I can tell you just how effective it was tomorrow LOL. Hard for me to get enough protein, so I supplement with Luna Protein bars and Musclemilk Light or MLO Rice Protein with Almond Breeze Milk. Allergic to eggs, I'm told, and corn and dairy, and a few other thing not so high on the list.
