You can add your protein powder to just about anything you like! A friend adds a scoop of chocolate protein powder to 2 tbs of peanut butter and eats that with an apple (or she'll just lick the spoon). It's a bit of a calorie bomb, but if you're working out hard, it's a great recovery nibbler! :) (just make sure the peanut butter is natural with no additives. Even better? make your own!) :)
you can also add it to yogurt, cottage cheese, smoothies (chocolate banana smoothie!), oatmeal, sprinkle it on your cereal, mix it with fat free cream cheese and spread on a natural whole grain bagel half. You name it! I'm sure there's TONS more you can do too. :)
