It really is a good reminder of how much better it is to fill up on veggies. I'd rather eat 100 radishes than one of those TINY 100 cal packs any day! lol

Isn't it great how much volume of veggies you get for 100 calories? :)

I've backslidden... I reached my goal and was now maintaining, but now I need to lose 10 pounds and firm up.

LOL!!!!! If I come across "fruit" I will post it! =) It is amazing how many 100 calorie veggie snacks you can eat....fuel your body with the highest "octane", and run all day! =)
