Zero Tastes As Good As Thin Feels.) Tape it to your fridge, cupboard doors, and write it at the top of your shopping lists. You can do this!!!

another thing, after looking back at your food logs..other than the sweets, which seem like they are mostly with in reason....you have a lot of hidden salts in a lot of your foods...almost anything packaged has LOTs of salt...even morning star veggie crumbles and such...so I would suggest you add sodium to your nutrient tracker and watch that for a while and see how it goes...

Measuring food helps too! I was shocked at how my estimates were off when I bought a food scale. What I approximated to be 4oz of this or a serving of that can throw nutritional values off considerably at the end of the day. So I just picked up a digital food scale at Target and I use it often! Drink lots of water and stay away from sugar...it's a hard habit to break but once you do you'll feel much better and you're body will thank you for it in more ways than just weight loss! there ya go - it $ucks to have to change your diet when you really like something. I didn't look at your tracker but however often your eating the sweets, why not start by cutting it in half and take it from there? Or eliminate them one by one except for one cheat treat a week?

That's great that you have lost 3% body fat. I went and looked at your nutrtion and fitness tracker... and if you don't mind me saying so, (and since you asked for HELP!) I think you need to do more excersise and eat less icecream and corndogs. It also looks like you go to Starbucks a lot, and eat a lot of Breyer's icecream with Hersheys chocolate syrup. I don't think that this is rocket science... eat healthier food (and less of it) and excersise more. Hope this helps!
