It's good you have that out of the way, and now you can focus on your weight loss goals. Definitely log in your "moving" hours as exercise. I've been having to use "moving" for all the time I've spent lifting and placing 30 - 40 lb paver bricks for our retaining wall! (Although it felt a lot more like lifting weights than cardio - I guess it was a litle of both. And who am I to argue with the experts who run Spark?) Just put the past week or so of imperfect eating behind you and look to the future of clean eating and losing weight!

Sounds like you worked pretty hard and probably used different muscles and moves than at the gym. I remember when we moved almost 4years ago I actually lost weight due to the different way I used my body.
Sometimes it's good to shake it up a bit!

I am finishing unpacking today, so I know exactly how you feel. A bit of encouragement, though...look at your cardio exercises and log in your minutes under "Moving". You DID exercise!! Woohoo! :) You'll get back on track...just take it one room and one step at a time. I had to organize my bedroom first so that I would have a retreat where things were normal and I wouldn't get too stressed out. Good luck and happy organizing/unpacking! :)

Wow, what can I say about the last ten days; I moved, didn't have internet, didn't eat correctly, didn't exercise (at all). It's just been a hell of a two weeks. We moved a 4000+ sq. foot sign shop that was PACKED! I was exhausted every day! Working from 7am- midnight & later! I am glad that is all over with. Today is the first day I have had internet since we started, I sure missed SPARK!!! I hate feeling like I am sliding backwards instead of moving forwards, we ate out almost every meal, had no food at the shop or house, and just FINALLY went grocery shopping yesterday. I'm positive I gained back a few pounds... I feel like everything I worked so hard for the last 3 weeks is gone...
AND on top of the WHOLE thing my new workout buddy is out of town till next week; she really helps motivate me! I'm still settling in to the new place and new routine- still living amongst boxes, but I'll get there! Here's to a new day, a new week, a new start, and hoping I'll never have to be off spark for that long ever again!!!
