This morning I did a 4 mile walk with Leslie Sansone (59 mins) and this evening I did more food preparation for 150 minutes (which including grinding manually some leaves).

WHYTEBROWN, how many calories do you burn doing the Insanity? I suppose it must vary from day to day because the workouts are different.

July 19 - Did a Turbo Jam session for 33 mins and strength trained for 36.
July 20 - It was supposed to be my day of rest but ended up walking 90 mins in a blaring sun. Walked approximately 4.45 miles which is slow for me (I couldn't see myself walking any faster with the heat of the day).
July 21 - DAY OF REST.

I push mowed the lawn today for an hour....a good workout for me and my knees. I've had 3 quad tendon surgeries and need to get my left knee stronger. On the uneven hilly ground, it only wobbled twice! :)
